Since 1965, Culligan's mission has been to deliver high-quality water treatment products that will benefit every part of customers' lives.  We hope to raise the quality of life by purifying its most essential element: water.

We've seen about every water problem imaginable and we've solved these problems to deliver the refreshing, clean and pure water that's become our hallmark.  Free of contaminants and minerals, water treated with Culligan softeners or filtration systems will make an impression on you and your household or work.

Culligan of Waupaca first opened it's doors in October of 1965. Erv and Lorraine Kozlovsky were the first owners. They started with no other accounts but their own. They put up a Culligan sign at 212 South Main Street in downtown Waupaca, Wisconsin.

After 21 years, they decided to retire. They wanted Culligan of Waupaca to continue with people who knew the business. That is when Dick Martin and Patrick Canney of Culligan Milwaukee were contacted about possibly purchasing the company. In August of 1986, it was offical - Dick and Pat purchased the Waupaca Culligan dealership.

Dick and Pat started out with three employees, and now have twelve. In 1996, they moved to a new, larger location at 956 Furman Drive in Waupaca.
